Healthy Joints Classes

Healthy Joints Classes

Clients typically transition to classes after individual sessions to improve long-term adherence and maintenance, a sense of community, and improved performance. It is possible for the right candidate to directly enter group exercises after a quick evaluation. Classes are 45 minutes and have a client to trainer ratio of 5 to 1 (at the most).  Purchase and schedule today on Mindbody by clicking the link below.

Beginner (on a table): For patients with limited mobility who are not currently able to get down to or up off the floor will use exercise tables during class.

Intermediate (combo of mat work and weights): For patients with good mobility who can get on and off the floor will use floor mats in this exercise class.

Advanced (combo of mat work, weights, and equipment): For patients with little to no mobility restrictions will continue to advance in this class using multi-directional, dynamic movement focused exercises more than floor time.

Performance Training

Clients typically transition to performance training after movement-based individual physical therapy sessions; enabling return to sport and recreational activities. However, clients can enter directly into a program after a Quick Evaluation or Performance Training Evaluation. Improved performance will show after this progressive strength program, agility, plyometric, core work, cardiovascular conditioning, and activity specific movement training. These one on one sessions are 45 minutes and guaranteed to make you work!

Clients typically maintain their gym membership when they are intimidated by the big box gym and enjoy our sense of community. You will also continue to have feedback from our well trained staff as you perform your routine. Plus, 1 Healthy Joints class per month is included with your membership.
