During your initial session at The Knee Joint you will be introduced to The 3 E’s: Evaluation, Education, and Exercise.

Evaluation: Your evaluation can be done in the clinic or in the comforts of your own home via Telehealth. You will receive a detailed analysis of your lower body joints (hips, knees, and ankles), a review of your current and past injury/surgical history, a screen your flexibility, and get your strength tested.

Education: You will be educated on our finds from the evaluation and continue to work with you throughout your additional individual follow up physical therapy sessions to make sure you understand the root cause(s) of your pain. You will also learn how to control your symptoms, correct your impairments, and modify your activities to help alleviate your pain.

Exercise: Your customized home exercise program will be designed over your plan of care. Your program can be accessed virtually between follow up sessions including videos and written descriptions of the strengthening, stretching, balance, and biomechanics training exercises.
